The Occupational Therapist is responsible for ensuring excellent care as a member of the facility interdisciplinary care team. The occupational therapist will provide quality therapy services in accordance with all facility, local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Need to establish clear, realistic, measurable, objective goals appropriate to each specific resident
• Provide appropriate care under the direction of physician orders and certification according to facility and rehabilitation services policy and procedure
• Provide concise and accurate information to all interdisciplinary team members to assure quality care through effective communication
• Maintain a professional and practical appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
• Valid state licensure in the state where therapy services will be performed
• Successfully complete pre and post employment local health requirements and examinations
• Be familiar and comply with all facility safety/fire safety policies and plans
Salary – Negotiable
Monday through Friday
