Job Description:
This position serves as a Senior System Analyst and performs systems analysis, design, creation of test plan, testing and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of existing systems and needed enhancements
• Documentation of requirements
• Design of arrestables interfaces
• Development of system test plans
• Testing and Debugging of complex law enforcement systems
• Interaction with other criminal justice agencies
Knowledge and skill abilities:
Required Skills:
Web application analysis and design including ability to fully document requirements and design.
Testing of large, complex systems.
Desired Skills:
Analysis and design of MQ-based interfaces
Conceptual knowledge of XML
Experience:
8 years of progressive system analyst experience working with large scale, complex on-line systems, including at least 2 years as a senior system analyst on a large scale web based project.
