Full-time Business Objects Developer/Reporting

Job Title: Business Objects Developer/Reporting
Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description

  • Design and implement reports and dashboards with a variety of visualization techniques to assist users in identifying critical data quickly, reliably and accurately
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Ensure assigned tasks are complete within the given timeframe
  • Assist in the documentation and testing of developed Reports/Dashboards
    Job Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Objects Universe design, creation and support is desirable
  • Experience in Xcelsius Dashboards is desirable
  • 0-2 years experience with relational databases. SQL Server preferred.
  • Understanding of data structures as they relate to business behavior
  • Ability to write moderate to complex SQL queries, read and understand complex SQL queries and utilize other SQL artifacts (such as Stored Procedures and Views)
  • Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
