Either Mercator(WTX) or Volante experience a must, is a plus if they have both
Either Mainframe or distributed experience
Swift MT experience
Swift MX experience is a plus
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Understands full SDLC can sit w/someone to understand requirements can document those requirements, can effectively articulate requirements to others
