Of Counsel The candidate will work in the firm's corporate department on federal government-related transactional matters including real estate, privatization, financing, environmental remediation, government affairs and government contract matters. 2+ years of experience is required, and work with a federal or state agency, municipal government or the military will be considered favorably. Must have a minimum of $200,000 in related portable business. Should have excellent academic credentials and the desire for significant client contact and responsibility.
