P&SI, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Associate The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree. Preferred majors include Business Management or Criminal Justice. Should preferably have a graduate level degree like J.D. or Master's in Business Administration. Must have 2+ years of experience. Should have working knowledge and understanding of client consultations in the areas of Risk Management. Must have working understanding of security analysis and risk management principals, security planning and compliance requirements, continuity of operations planning, and/or emergency response and recovery planning and operations. Should have working knowledge of assessing the effectiveness of a client's overall model risk management program, including the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate key model risks and offer process improvement. Must have some experience implementing process improvement solutions and analyzing financial and/or accounting environments. Should have some experience in obtaining, processing, and analyzing large data sets. Must have working experience identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
