Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate must possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school; member in good standing of a Bar of the US; 5+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience. Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including licensing agreements will be required Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts will be required Intellectual property experience, including experience drafting and negotiating software licenses, is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be required Ability to interface effectively and positively with varying departments and interests is needed.
