Contracts Consultant Duties : Will serve as a contract manager to review, analyze, and negotiate domestic and international sales agreements with company's state and local government, education and healthcare customers. the ideal candidate would have demonstrated capability to create, negotiate, maintain and administer contracts of varying scope and complexity, as well as implement related processes and procedures. Apply government business practices, intellectual property, resellers, leasing companies, and commercial contract law. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms conform to legal and business requirements and company policies. Identify and coordinate all necessary approvals to ensure that contracts adhere to Contract guidelines and procedures. Assist in implementing, coordinating and enforcing internal contracts process. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree - business, finance or related. Should be a certified paralegal with 9 years of paralegal experience reviewing contracts and preparing legal documents. Excellent proof reading skills required. Should be able to read, write, speak English and experienced proof reading grammar and document structure. Must be familiar with insurance coverage and requirements. Should have PC skills with MS Office software.
