Subcontracts Administrator The candidate will perform a full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracts work. Will conduct subcontract compliance reviews and perform research using tools such as Introspect, to support legal requests. Create and update various spreadsheets and databases on a daily basis. Develop and utilize tools and processes to analyze potential areas of exposure to the company as it relates to subcontracts' compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
The candidate should have completed an undergraduate degree in a business administration, economics/finance, law, supply chain management, or an engineering discipline. MBA is preferred. Must have strong background in program/project management. Should also have strong background in procurement and subcontracts. Must be able to manage a team of subcontracts/procurement subject matter experts. Other related experience includes Engineering or Construction, Compliance and/or Audit, and experience working for a major defense contractor.
