Full-time Contracts Administrator - Law Firm

Contracts Administrator Duties : Will join the EID/Air quality instruments division. Report to Global Systems Director. Provide contracts guidance in developing proposals, negotiating and administering contracts and managing customer relationships to help grow the Air Quality Instruments business. Operates under limited supervision and applies knowledge and negotiations skills to insure contracts meet company policy and legal requirements while positioning AQI for sound business award. Assess customer requests (RFP/RFQ/RFI) for unique project requirements and risks while recommending appropriate solutions for business leadership acceptance. As the primary focal point for all customer negotiations, develops negotiation strategies jointly with commercial team, obtains leadership approval and coordinates resources (including engineering, project management, operations and finance) required to effectively secure customer contract. Will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to contract review to insure compliance with corporate policy and legal requirements. Coordinates from a leadership perspective all negotiating and contract preparation activities with commercial staff and project management team. Prepare, correspond and communicate with appropriate personnel concerning terms of contracts including Corporate General Counsel as necessary. Identification of risks and methods for mitigating such risks to the proposal and management team. Coordination of flow down requirements with Supply Chain Management and Finance Director as a result of contract review and risk. Prepare and disseminate contract renewals and terminations. Create and manage formal contract flow process for AQI business such that we conform with ISO requirements and internal policies. Manage all reseller agreements, representative contracts, OEM agreements and other contractual relationships with customers, channel partners and suppliers. Expert leadership role in managing and negotiating all terms and conditions of federal, state and local government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Environmental Protection Agency (DEPA). Customer on-site visits to attend any pre-bid meetings to review contract terms/conditions and scope of project as it relates to risk assessment. May involve access to technology and/or software whose export is controlled by regulations of the U.S. government.

Requirements: High school diploma, or equivalent. Associate's degree. 2-3 years of related financial experience in a professional services organization. Law firm experience is preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Commitment to customer service in a team environment and strong problem solving skills. Excellent computer aptitude and proficiency with spreadsheets (MS Excel).
