Trademark Paralegal I The candidate will be conducting online trademark searches, drafting basic office action responses, assignments, statements of use, requests for extensions, renewals and other post-registration documents, as well as handling domain name acquisition and maintenance and drafting client and foreign counsel communications. Should have an undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate, 1+ year of trademark paralegal experience, and demonstrated ability to conduct research and track large scale projects through various stages of completion.
