Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Expanding the current sales organization to achieve the necessary sales results for each phase of expansion
Overseeing sales activities with the ultimate goal being the sale of exclusive Residences.
Efficiently prioritizing and organizing work assignments & delegate responsibilities.
Developing and directing planning, implementation & tracking of sales plans.
Building & maintaining a strong working relationship with the sales team.
Creating, implementing and maintaining an accurate sales budget.
Establishing standardized procedures and report to various real estate owners
Skills and experience:
At least 10 years experience in a multi-million dollar, luxury real estate, managerial position
Able to demonstrate a proven capacity to sell to high net worth individuals.
An intelligent, responsible team player who is willing to work irregular hours including weekends, public holidays & evenings.
Able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Products and software applications.
Able to adhere to strict codes of security & confidentiality.
