The Associate needed will work at the Groveport headquarters with the President’s Administrative Assistant, preparing many typewritten documents large and small, often by transcribing from dictation. The job also involves handling incoming calls, processing mail, making travel arrangements and filing and other clerical duties.
The position requires some relevant education beyond high school; accurate, high speed, high volume typing using Microsoft Word; good English and proof reading skills, and attention to detail; good verbal and written communication experience; ability to perform in a fast-paced, team office environment with deadlines and to handle confidential information.
