Business Development Director, Latin America (MP1228TP)

We are looking for a strong sales and business development leader with experience building business in Latin America, preferably with HVAC industry experience. You will establish the strategy for the region as well as managing the existing customer and distributor base while focusing on the best avenues to grow the business. Sales strategy responsibility will include channel analysis, pricing strategies, product and customer rationalization, SIOP alignment. Proven background in high value added product selling, negotiating and channel management is required as well as a solid background in Latin America.
Necessary years experience: 6+ years
Highest completed education preferred: BS, preferably Engineering Degree. MBA a plus
Other necessary qualifications: Strong sales strategy skills, bilingual in Spanish

Wage/Salary: 130K to 150K plus bonus
