Seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, with solid experience in Luxury Branded Real Estate sales, to:
Oversee the sales and marketing program to generate necessary leads for sales in excess of $200 million a year.
Plan and direct advertising policies and programs, and the production of collateral materials, such as posters, coupons etc., with quick turnarounds.
Develop and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
Ensure all websites are optimized and use various social media to assist in keeping company website ranked on page 1 of all major search engines for targeted keywords
Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Assist at all on-site and off-site events and promotions (i.e. launch, property owner, broker, etc.)
Supervise and coordinate Administrative Staff. Includes recruiting, scheduling, training and work review.
Identify and execute a timely reporting system which communicates vital information to senior functional roles. (i.e. marketing, director of sales, etc.)
Work to assist the CEO and other members of the Executive to do whatever necessary to meet company objectives especially in terms of the operational structure of the sales and marketing division.
Skills and experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience marketing a luxury branded real estate, a high-end product or service is a must as is offshore experience.
Specialize in online Marketing, creation and implementation of online marketing strategy.
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
The ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required to accomplish various objectives.
