This position will be based in the Cayman Islands, will report to the Regional Head of Compliance and will be responsible for:
Improving, implementing and maintaining a compliance and risk management framework.
Ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements and internal controls and procedures are being satisfied.
Acting as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the Company.
Overseeing the management of and training on the company's Anti-Money Laundering system.
Plan and execute compliance reviews across all business areas.
