Wilen Media is a client-driven marketing agency looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator who will work with Account Supervisors and Account Directors in the execution of direct response marketing tactics.
The optimal candidate will clearly convey the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Daily Job Functions include:
• Developing a complete understanding of Client products and/or service as well as branding guidelines.
• Following up on creative brief with Agency team.
• Participate in kick-off meeting at onset of job with Agency team.
• Managing the collection of all needed project information both internally and from Client.
• Relaying any and all pertinent information to Agency team.
• Managing timelines.
• Being a part of the internal proofing process to ensure accuracy and signs off on final press PDFs.
• Ensures accurate data entry.
• Performing additional duties that may arise as it pertains to client and/or agency initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a will-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel a must)
Background:
• 1-2 years Agency experience
or
• College graduate with background in Marketing and/or Advertising.
