The Associate will report to the administrative assistant who supports the President of the Company. The individual will prepare typewritten correspondence, answer all incoming calls, process daily mail, make travel arrangements, and handle special projects and other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications include an associate’s degree in secretarial or business studies with prior secretarial experience, accurate typing speed of 70 plus wpm, excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, ability to work in a fast paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and able to maintain confidential information.
