The Sales and Business Development Manager should be an effective leader, who can take the current sales operations to a world-class level.
The open position focuses on working closely with the Shanghai based Chief Executive Officer to further develop and refine our sales process, marketing strategies, and business expansion across several new and exciting markets in Australia, in the U.S. and in the UK.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing cooperative programmes with academic and corporate partners
• Conducting sales and marketing activities
• Promoting our products in the target region
• Developing new contacts and negotiations with key customers
• Lead and accelerate the profitable growth of the company's business to attain the strategic objective for the target region

Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing person
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Self starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• Work experience for more than 3 years in the education/training industry
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary
• Basic salary plus bonus/attractive commission
