E-commerce Marketing Position.

- COMPANY HEADQUARTERS - located in Youngstown, Ohio - Mahoning County
- COMPANY is a small growing reputable company providing managed services involving B2B E-Commerce and Managed Services including but not limited to Content Management Solutions/Services, Portals Solutions/Services and Enterprise Software Solutions/Services.
- FULL TIME SALARY: $35,000 - $50,000. call for more information.

- EDUCATION: BA in marketing, business or a related field

- START DATE: POTENTIAL START DATE 3/31/2010 OR ON OR BEFORE 4/19/2010

- PREFERENCE TO: candidates living within a drivable distance to Youngstown, Ohio
- REQUIRED: BA DEGREE IN MARKETING, BUSINESS OR RELATED DEGREE

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Requires 2 years experience in e-commerce, web content management. online and print promotions including content development, creative design, quality assurance testing and key performance metrics.
- Experience designing marketing collateral including defining and/or enhancing company
identity, branding, print mediums, services, graphics, eCommerce applications and
products.
- Experience leading marketing projects and developing Web initiatives including organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation.
- Thorough knowledge, understanding and experience in search engine optimization
strategies and search engine marketing campaigns.
- Proven strategies to increase internet traffic, search hit ratio and landing pages.
- Hands-on experience in placing, tracking and maintaining paid keyword campaigns.
- In-depth experience in e-commerce user experience best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in tracking online marketing campaigns in a competitive consumer market.
- Requires a thorough understanding of internet search analytics, data analytics, related reporting tools and interpreting multidimensional report statistics.
- Demonstrates a solid competency for content management systems, document conversion
and manipulation tools along with other Web enablement technology.
- Expertise in both print and online marketing and design.
- Proven experience in driving a company’s creative direction and branding presentation or assisting in creative direction and branding in a collaborative effort.
- Experience enhancing a company’s brand and blending quality design while inspiring first class customer experiences in print and online communication.
- Experience creating product feeds for use on multiple sales channels.
- Experience executing marketing efforts including public relations, events,
sponsorships, associations and online board and feed management.
- Management and participation in all marketing and communication efforts.
- Experience facilitating public and government relations including event management,
copywriting, advertising design, interviews with trade publications and client relations.
- Experience tracking and evaluating internet site user behavior and making
recommendations to improve user experience/usability and sales conversion.
- Strong verbal/written communication, leadership and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHOTOSHOP, Adobe, CMS, Javascript and Flash technologies is preferred.
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.

- A PLUS: Experience in E-Commerce design/development for managed services organization
or similar B2B services providing portal solutions/services or CMS solutions/services or
Enterprise Software Solutions/Services.

- EDUCATION: BA in marketing, business or a related field
