Seeking Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager for Business to Business Sales B2B selling Portal Sales and related Enterprise Software Solutions for a reputable small and growing company located in Youngstown, Ohio.


- OHIO SALES TERRITORY INCLUDES: Portage, Trumbull Columbiana, and Mahoning Counties
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Selling Information Technology related Portal, CMS and Enterprise Software Solutions/Products/Services to the industries within the above listed counties.
- CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS - located in Youngstown, Ohio - Mahoning County
- FULL TIME SALARY - w/benefits - Call for more information.
- COMMISSIONS: 6 % COMMISSIONS on Gross Revenue.

- CORPORATE/COMPANY PROVIDED: Laptop, cell phone, internet access, mileage reimbursement.
- WORK OUT OF YOUR HOME and attend meetings at headquarters as required.

POSITION SUMMARY

- Seeking an Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager for a reputable Company who is a valued long term Client using our staffing services. Company provides Managed Services including but not limited to Portal Services, CMS. And Enterprise Software Solutions/Services. This position requires experience/knowledge selling Information Technology related products/solution/services including but not limited to Portal, CMS, and related Enterprise Software Solutions/Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution sales experience; knowledge of business to business B2B sales processes, procedures, and buy policies; deliver outstanding customer service by educating customers throughout the sales process, while cultivating relationships with customers through professional demeanor & strong interpersonal skills
- Research and identify prospects from industry sources; moderate to high-level knowledge of software development industry and proven track record of selling to IT professionals and working with external partners to deliver solution sales
- Excellent sales and marketing promotion skills, with proven success at prospecting -finding leads, qualifying and developing sales opportunities, proven skills with closing sales; account management skills, maintain an accurate prospect list within CRM database
- Develop new business and creative business solutions that provide complete package offerings for customer needs for selling of complex products; act as liaison between the company and customers and develop a collaborative team selling approach with technical specialists
- Credible, aggressive, great attitude, structured work approach, organizational skills and a self-starter; strong communication skills and confidence with executive presentations; strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation skills, and leadership qualities; communicate well with colleagues and customers at all levels
- This position requires the potential employee to be highly organized, manage time effectively, be willing and eager to network and generate new business, be highly competitive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a reward-based atmosphere

- Proficient in the following software applications: Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of outside business to business experience is necessary for this opportunity. Candidate must be able to effectively present to presidents, business owners, as well as C-level executives, and decision makers of potential client companies; sales account management, promotion of new sales opportunities, and end user sales experience; build multi-level relationships, develop leads/sales opportunities, and be highly effective at closing sales
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations; above quota performance selling at executive level of client organization; establishing executive relationships between organization and close partners
- Demonstrated excellence in project management, business plan development, presentation and leadership skills; strong interpersonal skills to include communication, collaborative skills, and knowledge sharing; strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Requirements
- Manage the external activities of the market plan to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant details for each sales engagement (including project scope, universe of eligible groups and subscribers, issues, risks, opportunities, etc.) via a database process
