Contract senior expatriate position in the Mining sector in a remote area of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Must have mining experience - this is a crucial requirement and not negotiable.
• Salary around US$10-12k$ Net p.m. depending on skills and experience plus a 3-year bonus scheme
• This is a single residential position as opposed to a fly-in-fly-out position. Ample leave (50 days) is provided for with a travelling allowance per year in addition to the annual package specified which may be used on a pro rata basis through the year
• Accommodation, food and transport provided
• BUPA medical cover
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
• Needs to have 7-10 years experience in a MINING environment - essential requirement
• Appropriate degree in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Purchasing or Logistics Management
• Main responsibility will be to manage the total Warehousing and procurement function for the mine.
• Must have worked with computerised stores systems (bar codes).
