• Salary around US$200K per annum plus perks - Remuneration will be commensurate for a senior role of this nature.
REQUIREMENTS:
• B Degree in Mining Engineering
• Government Certificate of Competency (Managers Ticket).
• His 7-10 years of experience in a management role in the mining industry together with his proven management ability will make him an ideal candidate for the position.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
• The development and implementation of strategies to achieve short- and long term production targets
• The development and achievement of financial and production targets
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead the management team
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Providing effective leadership and strategic guidance in respect of safety, health and environmental issues
• Ability to build and maintain a cohesive team
