Call center experience a plus; Not looking for data entry clerks; Job stability will be strongly evaluated given this is a temp to perm assignment; Applicants must be able and willing to handle complex, irate calls. Once interviewed & selected; the buyer must receive a copy of the PATCH report to receive client approval of the candidate prior to the start date. PATCH reports can run 6-8 weeks delayed if there is activity listed on the background check which could impact recruiting, and more specifically, selection timelines.,
