Senior Process Engineer

Provides technical and project management expertise relating to all projects including process improvement projects for new and/or existing plastic thermoformed products.
Works within the plant as required to develop process engineering documantation systems and suditing procedures. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to: applicable materials and equipment knowledge, FMEA's , Process capability studies, Gage R&R's, Root cause analysis and DOE's.
Acts as an internal liaison to the Project Management Dept as a technical expert. Generates, maintains and adheres to project expense and capital budgets. Generates product cost data for new and/or revised product costing estimates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Should have at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing and / or project management environment with multiple plant responsibility.
