Responsible for administering the Inspection, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control of complex structural & rotating precision machined aerospace engine/landing gear components/assemblies
Proven leadership ability, strong resource planning & management skills, expert GD&T/ Configuration Control experience/regulatory knowledge
Operate in strict accordance with inspection procedures manual, quality assurance manual & approved tech. data to produce/present First Article, In-process & Final inspection records to customer
Provide outstanding quality products by ensuring that all materials and products comply with approved tech. data. Typical matl’s; I-718, Titanium, Rene & M300 Steel
Blue print reading, Layout Inspection/CMM operation techniques and troubleshooting
5+ years of directly related experience (DSQR a plus)
Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
