Position Title: Territory Sales Rep
Location: Dallas TX Area
Company Brief: International manufacturer and distributor of wheels
Compensation: $40 – $50K salary + 25-50% commission
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
- 3 years of outside sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
- Wheel or tire experience a plus
- Business development / account management at the retail dealer and distributor levels
- Must be numbers driven with the ability to use an assertive, relationship style of selling
- Ability to travel 25%
- Work from regional office in Arlington (Dallas) TX
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Will consider candidates outside area, however NO relocation assistance available
Description:
- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close
- Meet & exceed agreed upon sales quota
- Implement company marketing plan and meet the business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory
- Work with existing distribution networks to “pull-thru” business and support their operations, including training
- Manage client/ customer needs as required
