Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 AED

Responsibilities:
• Your role will involved all aspects of site architecture including supervision and co-ordination of up to 400 luxury villas on a site in Abu Dhabi
• Ability to solve and review technical design and shop drawings
• Management of projects and meetings and where needed resolve technical issues
• Interprets contract drawings and technical specifications
• Comparing submissions to the projects
• Assist the RE in managing technical co-ordination both on and off site
• Supervision of material submittals, site instruction and prepare snag list
Requirements:
• You will be a qualified Architect with ideally 10 years site experience and having worked on high end luxury developments
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to deal with issues on site
• Strong and clear communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients
• Previous site experience is essential
