Our client a major banking institution is seeking 4 Mortage Loan officers. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in Mortgage lending as well as being a mutli-million dollar producer. Ideally the candidate should have a realtor following as well as experience in a banking environment. This position will deal with commercial as well as personal lending. The candidate must have a 50/50 mix on how they obtain leads. The salary is comprised of a minimum of a 24k, 3 month forgivable draw as well as commission. The draw amount could potentially go higher for he right candidate.
