Technical/Functional Skills - Good Exposure on Business Analysis skills
- Experienced in requirement gathering and consulting of As-Is and To-Be System
- Hands on experience in capturing current and future process by using UML (Use Case) methodology, MS Visio, RUP(Rational Unified Process), Rationale Rose etc
- Ability to transform Business requirement to Functional requirement keeping technical team in Synch
Experience Required >7 YRS
Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for meeting with different stakeholders (SME) for the scope of the requirement (Functional and Non-Functional)
- Managing RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
- Responsible for successful execution of UAT
- Meeting deadline for timely completion of project
- Effectively communication with the client and internal resources
Generic Managerial Skills - Excellent Team Management Skills
- Timely project status reporting to the customer
- Compliance for the Privacy and Security of the project as per the organization guidelines
Education - Bachelors or Masters degree
