The candidate will act as a senior hydraulic engineer/modeler with at least 15 years of applicable hydraulic engineering and modeling experience. He should hold a Bsc of Civil Engineering with an emphasis on hydraulics and hydrology is preferred. However, a B.S. degree with additional relevant experience will also be considered.
This position will be responsible for hydraulic modeling of Water, Stormwater and Sewer systems, design and analysis of pump stations, troubleshooting and field testing and evaluation of pumps and pumping systems, hydraulic design/analysis of dams, Drainage channels and water and wastewater treatment plants. Additional duties may include but are not limited to supervising and mentoring staff, managing projects, participating in business development, serving as a primary point of contact for municipal clients; responsible for managing and retaining client relationships, attending meetings, coordinating with other design and project engineering staff, resolution of client inquiries, communications with regulatory agencies and other related tasks.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering with advanced degree in Hydraulics/Hydrology, at least 15 years of experience in municipal Stormwater systems planning and design, Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, Storm CAD, and Hydraulic Modeling Software.
Managerial experience is preferred.
