Selectron, a young and dynamic company, provides security services to a wide range of residential and commercial customers throughout Bermuda. Due to the growth and expansion of our company we have an immediate need for a Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Manage a team of installation and service technicians, ensuring that jobs meet the required timelines and standards
• Assist the team with trouble shooting and problem solving on a daily basis
• Deal with customer calls and provide quotes for new business
• Participate in installation and service as required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years relevant experience installing, repairing and servicing all major brands of security, fire, CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Systems integration experience is essential.
• Candidates must possess the NVQ in Electrical qualification or a recognized industry qualification such as a certificate in electronics or a related security electronic technology degree or diploma.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interface with customers and also have the capability to manage projects.
• Any computer programming and networking skills are very advantageous.
This position requires the successful candidate to be on call 24/7 on a rotational shift basis and possess a clean driver’s license.
