Position: Part III Architect with Healthcare experience
Location: Dublin
Temporary/Contract/Permanent: 3 - 6 month contract (possibly longer)
Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 (pro rata) dependant on experience
Company Info: This highly regarded architectural firm with a high international presence have been involved in a variety of high profile projects within Ireland, the UK and worldwide. This strategically growing firm provide architectural design and project management services to their clients. They are an ambitious company and are focused on achieving excellence in everything they do. In addition to their strong team atmosphere this company can offer the chance to work on some of the best projects available and this superb healthcare project is just one of their key current projects.
Responsibilities:
• Your role will involve all aspects of architecture from design to detailed drawings to site management.
• Ability to manage a project from concept stage to completion and work within an integrated, multidisciplinary function.
• Management of projects and meetings and where needed working on site to ensure that the designs are being constructed to specification.
• Accurate production of detailed drawings and strong knowledge of healthcare
• Creative flair and an ability to work on CAD
Requirements:
• You will be a qualified Part III Architect with previous or current healthcare experience
• A good range of both technical and design capability
• Strong and clear communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to produce accurate working drawings is essential.
• You will be RIAI or RIBA registered and be fully familiar with Irish regulations.
