Project Manager - Renovation & Enabling - Bermuda

Lead the development of strategy, policy and systems (eg EPSI, PM systems) for capitol project development focusing, in particular on project planning, tracking and controlling process, quality and costs. Ensure that projects are within agreed costs and time limits.
Minimum qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in building, engineering or project management or an Associate's degree
- Seven (7) years of post qualification project management experience at a middle or senior management level in a large complex organisation
- Experience in facilities management and DBFM procurement required
- Demonstrated competency with Contract and Construction management required
- Proficiency with Project Management IT packages
- Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills
