We are looking for a Labor Relations Manager to support all unionized manufacturing facilities in the US. The successful candidate will serve as the chief company spokesperson for collective bargaining as well as support negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and grievance settlements as needed out in the field. We are looking for a forward thinking labor relations leader who has sat 1st chair at least twice and who can walk in the door and be ready for negotiations in 2010. This role has plenty of upside potential.
Necessary years experience: 7+ years in labor relations; 1st Chair experience
Highest completed education preferred: BS Degree, prefer Masters
City/Town: Tampa
Location: FL/Tampa
Wage/Salary: 115K to 125 plus bonus
Start: asap
