Wilen Media’s production team has an opening for a Traffic Manager. Our traffic manager ensures the continuous workflow of all projects throughout the creative, client service and production departments of our agency.

As traffic manager, you will maintain daily production/traffic reports and status updates for projects. In addition, you will support the production department by confirming job specifications, requesting production schedules and ensuring all necessary job approvals.

The right person for this job will be prepared for a super fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
 Work closely with all agency teams communicating status updates of daily projects while staying on budget and deadline.
 Route job folders and print outs; Ensure print outs and press pdfs are received by account managers and constantly follow up to ensure the work flow continues moving and meets all deadlines.
 Attend daily production meeting; Coordinate / Develop and maintain daily schedule.
 Review job tickets and folders for content of all pricing and other specifications and ensure the information is properly routed to the accounting department for invoicing.
 Review job tickets for verification of approvals needed at each phase of project.
 Follow up on printing estimates, generate and maintain purchase orders.

Requirements:
 Proficient at Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
 5-year minimum related (agency) experience
 Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Must have the ability to prioritize and balance project activity.
 A positive attitude, leadership qualities and flexible team-oriented approach to working with others.
 Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Must be able to self-manage, taking initiative to meet project goals/schedules/deadlines.
