- Maintaining a safe enviroment for clients, empoyees, and co-workers.
- Promote positive public relations by offering courteous services to all
tenants, visitors, guests and respond to their requests. - Control access to the building and monitor visitors activities.
- Provide and maintain proficiency with sites life saftey systems/ and or fire panels.
- Be able to assist in emergency situations.
- Have the right mentality to be able to communicate with supervisor/managers.
- Monitor properties and maintain daily logs and shift reports at all times.
