Sapati International School is a modern secondary school with a branch in Tripoli Libya. The school follows an enhanced English National Curriculum and Foundation Stage Curriculum has small class sizes, a dynamic teaching team, high expectations of students and a diverse range of extra curricular activities. We have an active and exciting program in community service focusing on offering training to Nigerian teachers.
We are currently recruiting a primary six class teacher effective from May 2009 or prior to this. Our Year 6 class caters for children aged between 9 and 11 years and a maximum of 20 children.
Additional Qualifications:
Applicant should hold a relevant teaching qualification and in addition to this should be:
- an excellent class teacher
- able to be a keen team player with a good sense of adventure, fun and humor.
- flexible, resourceful and open to share and adopt new ideas
- fluent in spoken an written English
- able to gear teaching towards students with many different social, emotional and educational needs and coming from different cultural backgrounds and countries.
Experience in the Foundation Stage of the English National Curriculum is an advantage; although training can be provided in this area.
