A new and expanding energy retail company in Texas is looking for a Part time Field Sales Manager who will lead its sales force to achieve sales and profit goals. He/she will report to the company about the progress of his team to ensure that current marketing programs are properly implemented
The field sales manager will also design and recommend sales program and set short and long term sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 2 years of proven track record in sales and 2 years in training or management.
• Preferably with associate or Bachelors degree.
• Must have strong organizational, and leadership skills
• Must be assertive, outgoing, energetic and service-oriented
• Must have the ability to prospect new clients and maintain a good relationship with our existing customers.
• Must be available to work at least 20 hours a week, 4 to 5 hours a day on weekdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a car and a mobile phone.
This opportunity offers a competitive base pay based on experience.
