Responsibilities:
Assist sales team in providing technical expertise
Prepare proposal, tenders and all related documents
Assist in requirement gathering and concept proposals
Able to work in a team environment.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
Good communication skills
Good understanding of web technologies
Min 3 – 5 years working experience in pre sales of Security Software, preferably in the AntiVirus Industry. Knowledge of: the principles, capabilities and operations of PC's, also Windows Trouble shooting, Anti virus, Mailservers, Linux etc.
Knowledge of Server, networking and e-mail management.
Ability to work effectively and provide guidance to other members of the work group and ability to work in a flexible schedule
Able to provide First Level echnical support will be advantageous.
