Will live and work in Guatemala.Administration and Development of Real Estate Projects in Guatemala and U.S. as well as other countries. Fluent English/Spanish a must.
Will manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion within budget. Will build coach and lead a strong sales and administrative team. Will utilize global best practices for the industry. Conceive and conduct feasibility studies for new developments using APP proceedures. Establish and maintain good relations with key purchasers, tenents, investors, creditors and government officials. Will create and review legal agreements in both languages. Follow-up on progress of local and international ventures to insure desired results.Prepare accurate and punctual expense and profitability reports of all assets. Identify desirable joint ventures. Maximize corporate resources regarding taxes, financial costs and key personnel.
ABSOLUTE MUSTS: Previous successful management background with large real estate development firms. Fluent Spanish and English. Proactive multitask goal achiever. Tops in interpersonal relationships and leadership. Experience in preparing and analyzing Spanish/English the details of legal agreements. Familiar with PMP/APP proceedures (preferably PMP Certified with suitable related degree)
