John Evans’ Sons, Inc., is a manufacturer of precision springs, mechanical assemblies, and fabricated metal parts.
We have an immediate need for a maintenance mechanic to provide mechanical, electrical, and facility services. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial equipment and machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School, Trade School, or Vo-Tech diploma/degree
• Three to five years of related manufacturing maintenance electrical and mechanical experience, including pneumatics/hydraulics, three phase wiring and 220/440 lines.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and production/industrial equipment
• Ability to read, write and communicate with others about equipment manuals, operating instructions, and technical issues
• Ability to install/program/troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and controls
• Must have potential to advance to maintenance supervisory role
Physical requirements include physical agility with ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 pounds.
