Job Title : Biochemist – II (Associate)
Location : West Point, PA

Description:
Support discovery and pre-clinical radio-immunoassays using iodine-125 in plasma and serum samples obtained from pre-clinical species. Assist sample tube labeling and record keeping. Be able to learn and utilize (under supervision and training of an experienced staff) the analysis of drugs in serum/plasma using immunoassay methods. Should be able to contribute to report preparations and data processing.
Requirement:
BA/BS required. Familiarity with radio-immunoassays (RIA), ELISA, and handling/processing of biological fluids (e.g., serum, plasma) obtained from animals and/or human to support PK and TK studies. Familiarity with handling of iodine-125 (I-125) for RIA purposes. Should be a team-player and be able to communicate well. An MS degree in biochemistry/biology and 2-5 years of industrial experience in bioanalysis using RIA and ELISA techniques are required.
