Job Title : Biochemist – II (Associate)
Location : West Point, PA
Rate Range : Open
Description:
The qualified candidate is expected to work with a group of scientists on antibody library projects, including library construction, library panning, hits characterization, as well as novel display platform development. The candidate should have ability to work independently, be motivated, flexible, responsible, and a good team-player with effective multi-tasking skills.
Requirement:
Batchelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and/or Biochemistry with more than 2 year experirence. Strong molecular cloning skill. Experience in phage antibody library construction and selection is preferred. Experience in yeast and/or mammalian display, and flow cytometer and cell sorter is preferred. Experience in protein-protein interaction technology, and recombinant protein expression and purification is desired. 6. Must be familiar with basic biochemistry and immunology assays such as immunoprecipitation, western-blot, ELISA, and Biacore.
