Job Description:
-assist creative director in producing outstanding creative ideas and executions to international standards;
-participate in the establishment and presentation of design proposals to win new clients;
-supervise the work of junior graphic and 3D designers to ensure our clients’ needs are met;
-work with AE staff in dealing with clients.
Job Requirements:
-able to finish 3D designs in an independent and efficient fashion;
-reliable knowledge of materials, craftwork and construction;
-outstanding perception of the market;
-fluent in oral English and excellent English writing skills;
-good communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent team-player;
-self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
-bachelor’s degree in fine arts or related majors;
-at least 3 years’ experience in creative 3D designing or related area;
-an attractive portfolio of creative design works;
-proficiency in using 3D max;
-experience of working in a 4A advertising company is a plus.
